Refund policy

At MangoPetPaw, we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • With all original tags attached

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping (or, in many cases, simply send a replacement or issue a refund without requiring the item back — see "Defective or Incorrect Items" below).

How to Start a Return Email us at contact@mangopetpaw.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Every return request is reviewed by our team before approval — we do not process automatic returns. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges in place of a refund. Contact us at contact@mangopetpaw.com to arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. In many cases, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund without requiring you to return the item, since return shipping costs can outweigh the value of the item.

Non-Returnable Items Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and any used or worn items are not eligible for return.
